Ordering process:

1. Orders are placed by submitting the customer’s size online.
2. For a more accurate and safe install, our team will contact you to visit and measure again.
3. After checking all sizes and method of installation, an email regarding changes will be sent to you. When everything is confirmed our team begins making your order. This takes 20 to 25 working days.
4. When your order is completed we will contact you to arrange an installation date.

All outdoor products take 20 to 25 working days and installation will be completed when the customer is satisfied.
